6-Week Introductory Course
Wednesday Evenings 6:30-7:30
October 21 - November 25
Location: 24- 165 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill
This course is designed specifically for beginners.
No experience in Qigong, meditation, or Chinese medicine is required.
This course is part of the Nguistyle Five Element Beginner Series.
The Earth element represents nurture, stability and focus with direction. In Chinese medicine, it is associated with the Spleen/Stomach - the organ that governs our ability to receive and transform nourishment.
When Earth energy is balanced, we feel whole, stable and solid in the midst of transformation. When it becomes excessive or deficient, we may experience indigestion, overthinking and inertia due to impaired ability to transform the seasonal harvest.
This six-week course introduces the foundations in a simple, structured way.
