5-Week Introductory Course : April 3, 2026 to May 1, 2026
This course is designed specifically for beginners.
No experience in Qigong, meditation, or Chinese medicine is required.
If you are feeling stressed, tense, emotionally reactive, or simply curious about energy and holistic health — this is your starting point.
The Wood element governs growth, direction, and the smooth flow of energy in the body. In Chinese medicine, it is associated with the Liver — the organ responsible for circulation, planning, and emotional balance.
When Liver energy flows smoothly, we feel clear, decisive, and calm.
When it becomes stagnant, we feel frustration, tightness, or scattered.
This five-week course introduces the foundations in a simple, structured way.
