5-Week Introductory Course
This course is designed specifically for beginners.
No experience in Qigong, meditation, or Chinese medicine is required.
This course is part of the Nguistyle Five Element Beginner Series.
The Fire element represents warmth, connection, expression, and vitality. In Chinese medicine, it is associated with the Heart — the organ that governs consciousness, joy, and emotional presence.
When Heart energy is balanced, we feel open, calm, and connected.
When it becomes excessive or deficient, we may feel anxiety, restlessness, or emotional instability.
This five-week course introduces the foundations in a simple, structured way.
