October 16-November 20
Location: 24- 165 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill
This course is designed specifically for beginners.
No experience in Qigong, meditation, or Chinese medicine is required.
This course is part of the Nguistyle Five Element Beginner Series.
The Metal element represents clarity, release and refinement. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Metal is associated with the Lung and Large Intestine organs: these organs govern our ability to receive, distribute and release Qi. In doing so, we also support our body's immunity, water metabolism and in turn, promote emotional balance.
When our Metal energy becomes balanced, we feel clear, resilient and light. When it becomes excessive or deficient, grief, rigidity of mind, respiratory challenges or skin issues.
This six-week course introduces the foundations of Qigong with a strong focus on the Metal Element in a simple and structured way.
